We are all at different levels and here you can chose where you want to be, what you would like to try. There are “clean” eating omnivore choices, however I would like to invite you to try a 14 day vegan program or a 7 day raw cleanse and see how you start to feel.

You might have ended up here because you were told that you are “sick” and need to make a change. The role of emotions and the mind are major resources in altering the course of disease.
