On this page you will find programs ranging from omnivore to raw eating. We are all at different levels and here you can chose where you want to be, what you would like to try. There are “clean” eating omnivore choices, however I would like to invite you to try a 14 day vegan program or a 7 day raw cleanse and see how you start to feel, if there is a difference at all.
